At Monash University, Indonesia, Anddy has held key leadership roles in Educational Design and Student and Academic Services. After paving a strong foundation for the student experience space, Anddy now leads the Learning and Teaching Operations (LTO) overseeing governance and implementation of initiatives related to unit enhancement, educational technologies, learning systems, learning spaces, and outreach—advancing both teaching practices and student outcomes.

In 2024, Anddy was awarded a Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) by Advance HE, which is an international recognition of his sustained commitment to educational leadership and student learning in higher education.
